Meaning would we immediately hold a special election as soon as possible? It would seem an administration would have to be in office for at least some time to be credible enough just to let the Hoe run the country for three years.

There has to be two years in the Biden administration before Kommie Hairy could become POTUS and not have it count against her two term limit.
She could become POTUS at any time. But if it's before the forst two years, then it would count as one term, and she would be allowed only one more.
They want her to finish Bidens term 2 years in, then get elected twice more for a total of 10 years of communist rule.

Sorry guys but we'd have the Ho for the remainder of Sleepy Joe's term and she would then be eligible for one four-year term of her own. If Sleepy makes it past the 1/2 point of his term and cannot complete it then the Ho would complete Sleppy's first term AND then be eligible for TWO four-year terms of her own.

She and Biden are both puppets, figure heads and public faces. They are not running the show here. As we have witnessed first hand, elections no longer matter, when their time is up be it 4, or 8, or even 10, they will just be replaced with the next set of puppets that will continue on the the Communist takeover of America. Just different faces serving the same masters.
