Yep. Fuggers had THREE MONTHS (Nov election to Jan start) to lay out an agenda, write legislation, and whip support, so it could pass in the FIRST WEEK. Instead, they screwed around for the first 100 days concocting a way to FURTHER reward companies who keep sending all their manufacturing out of the country.
Not saying that the rates didn’t need lowering, but you’re telling me, that with over 220 GOP Congressmen on their side, they couldn’t have said, “You know what?? How about 3-4 of you work on some gun/farm/voting/transportation/medical legislation????”.
