Our Son Doug, is off to 3rd year trade school, in Sault Ste. Marie, Saturday Morning.
He's asked for ribeye & cajun shrimp for dinner tonight.

Po' folks food for me tonight. But, it's one of my favorite "comfort foods". Growing up in a relatively large family living on the traditional, at that time, one earner budget, we ate it relatively often. Enough for me to have fond memories of it. I don't make it much as my wife doesn't like gravy, weird eh? Hamburger meat, brown gravy and rice.
