Finally time to start replacing some of my 20 year old skivvies. At Walmart last week for a few things, zero skivvies in the aisle for socks, t shirts and such. At least no Hanes skivvies and damn little else to choose from. Lady hanging stuff up back there, said they're running low on lots of things in that department. Noticed all the empty shelves on my to the underwear aisle.

Good thing we have plenty of toilet paper? In case I have to go commando all summer.

Whenever I hear "Bernie" I think of those social diseases we all did our best to avoid in our youth.

I went to open the door on our microwave last week, and the handle fell off in my hands. I went online to order a new handle, none in stock and $249. A $250 handle for a $500 microwave that is also our vent-a-hood for the stove. We will just live with a broken handle until we remodel the kitchen in a year or so.

pretty much every business here has help wanted signs. They cant get anyone to work. Some restaurants only open for lunch. No wait staff. Lines out the door during the day with 20 to 30 year olds at pot stores though.

I haven't seen beef stroganoff mix on the shelf for a year, my wife found some the other day and bought the store out of all 5 packages. Underwear is short supply, some computer chips. I've been waiting for a billet input shaft for 700r4 for my old hotrod since January. Some camshafts and lifters are out of stock, bearings, etc. I ordered a torque convertor, the guys that build them said it was a good thing it was not th350 or th400 because those parts were on backorder for months. I think I have all parts to put my hotrod back together once the new engine is built, but I've had to wait for some parts so I ordered everything early to account for delays.
