I have a Mauser model 66 I brought back from Germany back in 85 from serving in the Army.
Killed many a Roe deer with it over there. Shot a black bear in Maine with some Norma ammo in 91, and a nice whitetail in Montana in 93 with a handloaded 160 gr partition.
Has a 6x Akah scope in claw mounts.
Haven't shot it in years. I just may get her out a relive some hunts from a few years back....
