Also, don't assume foreign people using American equipment have the same equipment we do. Saying Saudis have F-15s is like saying some one has a 68 Camaro. It might have a 6cyl. Or a 427. A bad example, in that the power plant of the F15 would be the same as ours for the series. Sensors, weapons, and guidance very likely arent. Plus, F-15 aren't exactly the newest platform.

Can't drones be piloted from the other side of the world? Yup and I don't know if they have a 6 cam or even 3&9 cams... But drones are sometimes used for target practice...
