remember, the same cops that want your support, the ones that blather on about the 'thin blue line', are the same ones that will hassle you for a mask, will watch while blm burns down your business, and stand and observe as antifa blocks your car.

What if she had been demanding a wedding cake for her and her girlfriend? Could the private business refuse? Private business. Private property. Non-issue except for those looking for narrative. She should have worn the mask long enough to get her money and then given them the big FU. Apple and oranges. She was there to withdraw her own money.

Oh yeah, mandates aren’t laws. Neither are a bank manager's rules.

Private business gets to refuse service to anyone they want. If they require you to wear a pink tutu to enter; they have that right... And believe me, you don't want to take that right away. Imagine what cancel culture could do with that power? Not all banks are private businesses. It depends upon the accountants and the manner in which they register their bank with the FASB ,Financial Accounting Standards Board. Some are private some are public.

Sec. 30.05. CRIMINAL Previous TRESPASS (a) A person commits an offense if the person enters or remains on or in property of another, including residential land, agricultural land, a recreational vehicle park, a building, or an aircraft or other vehicle, without effective consent and the person:
(1) had notice that the entry was forbidden; or
(2) received notice to depart but failed

Those stupid floor decals that are used to treat people like kindergartners that can't find their way to the bathroom bother me as much as the friggin' masks. She was on private property, the rules are the rules. Would they have arrested her if she was black?

They made no attempt to determine if she had a legitimate reason to not wear a mask. Further, the cop escalated things to the top damn quick. In a civil suit the bank would want no part of the mess they created. I suspect the cop will regret his moves soon. Her disobedience was far more civil than any Antifa or BLM rally. And they were committing felonies.

I like reading the responses from the sheep here, it gives great insight into what got us to this point. Good little sheep following stupidity right off the cliff....😂

What exactly is the governor's mandate? For example, did the governor say that I can't require you to wear a mask on my premises?

I don't think they were denying her access to her money, as much as they were denying her access to the building, at that time and in the manner she was attempting to access it.

I've never agreed with the practice of off duty police being able to work side security in private sector while in uniform. Regular practice around here.

Or when the doctor tells you you need a tetanus shot booster, you ignore it? Or are you just being a keyboard warrior?
