Wife and I watching a program on the tube just now, on comes a commercial for a brand of razor. We were treated (?) to a detailed display of a woman's upper legs , complete with tatoos up to Green River. Next, we get to watch as she shaves her pussy hairs. The Main Event was somewhat covered by a little patch of cloth, but absolutely nothing left to imagine.
What's next, for hell's sake.
I remember when I was a kid how suddenly there were ads about women's vaginal products on TV, douches and tampons and such. It was weird. I guess this is the next step.
The boomers should be proud of the society they are leaving the country with
Yah, that's being marketed by boomers, to boomers. lmfao
Well, we raised them.
Can't even pin that on me. My boys are zoomers, and they have nothing but disdain for snowflakes of any generation. But I'm more Gen X like than Boomer, even though born at the tail end of that generation.
At any rate, this whole finger pointing at one generation vs another is so counterproductive that I give it a pass. Wasn't one to buy into "don't trust anyone over 30" back then, and the whole blame everything on boomers thing now is just as silly.
It doesn’t get any worse than Modelo ads for Mexican immigrants:
Well, isn't Modelo a Mexican immigrant?
Javier Lezama was born in Lima, Peru. After struggling with asthma and terrorism for nine years, Javier and his family moved to the United States in search of a better life. At the age of nine, he shared a small apartment with his single mother, older brother, and younger sister, in Northen California. Having very little money and speaking no English, his mother began working at Mcdonald's to support the family and later worked herself up to become a nurse. In 2003 Javier graduated Carlmont high school and immediately joined the Marine Corps, where he served the country from 2003 to 2007. While serving in the military, he attended College, where he began taking theater classes and discovered his love for acting. In 2008, Javier moved to Los Angeles to follow his dream of becoming a professional actor. Music was a big hobby for him which rapidly became his passion next to acting. Javier attended Cal State Los Angeles where he was part of several theater productions including Evita, Maritare, Twilight Los Angeles, Scrooge, and Much Ado About Nothing. Javier's talent was discovered while doing a play, "Much Ado about Nothing" where an agent saw him play the character of Claudio and approached him after the show. From then on Javier went on to audition booking many jobs in TV and film as well as commercials. Javier also has a solid background in sports, particularly in soccer and boxing. He goes by the Hip Hop name of "El Tumi" (a sacred Peruvian artifact) and in March 2011, he released his first solo mix tape entitled "One Tumi," which has gotten great reviews by underground Hip Hop critics. Javier has studied with many acting coaches in Los Angeles, and has been in many Film and TV productions such as Pearson (USA), Rampart, Fight To Live, Sin Padre, Americas Most Wanted, No Me Hallo (Univision), and seven time award winning film, "Fallen Comrade." He has worked with some of the biggest names in both the film and music industry including Woody Harrelson, Angelica Vale, Joe Estevez, David Bisbal, Rhianna, and Young Jeezy. Today Javier continues to study acting, learn and grow as an artist. He believes that if you are truly passionate about something, nothing can stop you!
