don't know, when I said I'd wait for more opinions I was referring to the area the pic was taken. I think they're yotes with red wolf lineage.

What about mule deer that doesn't fork? Gotta be a hybrid? Right? Or a whitetail that does?

Some things do get over analyzed by people who shouldn't. I did see a 30" forked horn mule deer when I was a kid by the way. Glassed him from the house for several days. He was impressive.

I'm being sarcastic obviously. Just the same old stuff...

We killed a 199" last year didn't fork on one side and I killed a 178" "8-pointer" the year before...grin....hybrids!!!!

I used to see some really strange racks on mule deer over by Mosby. I think it's the water or whatever minerals the intake through the grass.

Bart will have a better idea than me.

The Eastern Coyote is a hybrid of Gray Wolf and Western Coyote. They are bigger and more wolf-like than the western coyote. See pics linked below of Eastern Yotes.

Although if I was coyote hunting they'd be coyotes, officer.

Look at the feet, coyotes have small feet. Those are not small feet.

look at the height, look at the dish on the nose, the close set eyes, wide head.

Wolves w/o a doubt.

Wolves in Texas? LMAO

The first pic the one does have a wolf kind of coloration but pretty sure that’s due to low light, bad camera and possibly the photo was played with a bit. Those are coyotes.....
