My part time neighbors live usually in New York City. She is a poetry professor. He is an unemployed actor.
Eighteen years ago they had a daughter. Last I saw her was 11 years ago she was a cute little girl named Miranda.
At age 12 years she decided to turn into a boy.
He/she is getting all the testosterone shots. Her/his name is now "Bear."
I wonder what the pronoun for this entity is.

Besides the two natural ones, I call all the rest PIGs (Person of Indeterminate Gender) If you can't tell what it is, it's a PIG. ..... After perusing this entire thread, I'm pleased to announce my selection of the winner of the Gender Identification Description competition. The winning entry has successfully defined the myriad, often confusing and vague terminology used in gender identification and refined it into a cogent, honestly realistic and descriptive definition that can be easily understood. This will be a quantum leap forward in the transgender world and allow those people to be easily classified and I'm sure that NY City will be among the first to streamline and simplify the current confusing system as we continue to move forward in the 21st century..... ( Grin..... I'm still LMAO, Rocky).
