Simunition for LE training. Not sure if they make different projectiles but commonly used sorta like a paint ball.

Missed this thread earlier. The little plastic bullet has little fingers that meet at the tip and is filled with colored chalk. 9mm 5.56

It’s not chalk, it’s laundry detergent. Those little suckers will break the skin! That's what makes them superior to laser based training. They hurt enough to give you a real incentive to not get hit.
