They're Bylaw Officers. Where is part 2 where the cops go and arrest him?

Not saying it's right, just correcting the mistaken belief that they are cops. So, if police do go back and arrest him, does that mean that we should regard all police as nazis? I thought that that was a left wing liberal thing. Confusing.
