I worked on a job where the drill rig did this. But it was not the internet. It was the power line for an entire city block right in front of a Fire Station. It got kinda exiting for a bit watching the Fire Department guys going Crazy trying to figure out why their power went down and their emergency generators kicked on. Then they walked out to the street to see the cable wrapped around the drill that was just pulled out of the ground. The under ground service that marked the road had some splainin to do. It took over 2 months before we went back to finish the job.
