I am looking to buy a follower spring base for a Remington 700 Long Action ADL. I need the piece that goes on the end of follower spring to stay on wood to keep spring level and not canted. I see no part number on schematics, or even a picture of one. I bought all the parts as a kit and that it all that is missing. Thanks Bill

I’ve used these in both 700’s and 70’s with some fiddling

I thought they were used on all ADL models. Just a flat piece of steel with a slot for spring to slide in and lock in place, to keep follower spring centered and not canted.

Don't believe the factory ADL used one of these. Mag box keeps it centered on the bottom and feed rails on the top. The mag box is different from the BDL in that it has a small screw in the top rear that attaches the box to the receiver. Also it is slightly shorter than the BDL box.
