Hence my reply above. Haha! Its something else. I dont begrudge em. They have to have a good product to make it. It just seems a bit like the little sign in your hotel bathroom that says to reuse your towels. Okay....but I want money off my bill for doing so. For 20 bucks I would like a plate......and a glass. No photo, but I also really like Angelos in Fort Worth. Angelos has some of the best brisket I've ever had.
A Bud of mine told me that the famed Black's of Lockhart,TX has opened in Dallas. I need to give them a try as well. Supposed to be phenomenal. This. For sure its worth a trip through Lockhart. Make sure to get a few pounds to take home to freeze in small bunches for sandwiches later or youll regret it.

Wife and I stopped at KDs on the way to Kalifornication and it wasn't special. Maybe it was our car and not a truck in the parking lot.

Couple years back i spent some time in Houston for a training class.
Instructor pointed out Rudy’s.
Ended up there several times for lunch If the crowd wasn’t too bad.
Brought home several bottles of the spicy bbq sauce.
