I foresee millions of hunters joining our ranks if this is followed. LEM meatgrinders will be sold at the gas stations. I'm with you. If things continue as those people who want us to eat what they offer get their way, there will be an economic depression. Ie. Bill Gates population reduction and Georgia Guide Stones pagan monument. I heard that even songbirds were rarely seen back in the great depression as the wild game numbers declined. In Venezuela they ate all of the pets and Zzoo animals. It was a wealthy first world nation before the dictator utilized voting machines of the kind used in USA elections.

Yup. Everyone better learn how to identify and harvest wild edible plants and cook them. Native Americans thrived on the land without planting crops. All you need is knowledge

Can't answer for anyone else but I haven't personally bought meat from the store since 1986. I fill my freezer with venison, wild pork and game birds. I don't see how any thing an idiot like China Joe does will stop me from eating as much meat as I want. As long as I have ammo (and I have a bunch) I will eat wild game. You sheep that depend on the store may be screwed, but I won't. If there's no meat in the store, the game you've been eating will dry up in a hurry as well.
I can walk on water.......................but I do stagger a bit on alcohol.

Just go shoot another one if it runs out. If it comes to that season and licenses will not matter, if I have ammo, I will not starve. And if the ammo runs out I have a crossbow as well as a recurve and know how to use both. On the other hand, sheep like you can stay in the pen and starve and I will feel no pity for you.

Mac, you obviously don't get it. With no meat in the store, how long do you think the wild game population is going to last? There are millions and millions of people who will be shooting wild game to feed their children. Did you really think you're going to be the only one out there in the woods looking for game meat?

First squirrel and rabbit will dry up. Anyone with a pellet rifle can quietly harvest them from neighborhoods and surrounding parks and open spaces.

I've never understood the theory that all the game would be killed off etc. etc. Just from what I read on a dozen of these forums, It takes average joe 10-15 rounds to kill an animal, or half a box of shotshells per bird. If half of it's true, the big part of civilian ammo will be depleted long before the wild animal population is. That, and probably at least half can't hack it for too awful long out in the elements long enough to take any game. Then there are those that think they'll just roll up to the first farm or ranch they see and load up on the groceries. I guess they don't realize that the farmer or rancher will likely kill them seriously dead and dump their carcass out with the other coyotes and varmints out in the far corner of the place

I should also add that who's going to do all this butchering ? Of the hunters I know, maybe a third of them process their own animals. Some don't even know how to field dress. I would imagine running bambi down to the processor and requesting the usual jalapeno snack sticks would be a distant memory in one of those pocky- clipse scenarios

Many of the city folks won't be alive at this point. How many of them do you really think are going to be chasing deer. They will be killing each other in mass numbers long before they compete with me for venison.

Modern people watch too many movies well it's been played out in many places, so regardless if you or Mac believe it that's what will happen. when food becomes the new tender you think people won't capitalize and shoot more than they need to barter with? people keeping their heads in the sand is what got us here.
