All of mine are 1/8’s though as they were barreled before 88’s hit the scene and were originally 22/250 AI’s A lot easier to just buy Alpha brass and rock on without fire forming

If it ever did happen with SAAMI I'm betting Ruger would be first out the door with a RPR version....
It's you and the bullet, and all the rest is secondary.

As I ponder this some more, I think after the SAAMI blessing I'd like to see Ruger / Lipsey come out with a #1 Varminter with extra nice wood, color case metal, 24 " barrel.
Saw a used one in .257 Weatherby the other day and it is drop dead gorgeous...

Dupe existing and shorten the shank a smidge. Hint.
Lilja is an easy pass. Hint................... Lilja makes among the best of the best barrels. Why?

The vast majority of 22-250s are slow twist. 1/12 or 1/14. The Creed is a 1/7 or 1/8 to shoot the heavies.

Can’t believe you haven’t just built one clay..
Ping pong balls for the win. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. Dan Gable I keep my circle small, I’d rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.
Ain’t easy havin pals.
