Wabs the stove is from the 1940's and was paternal grandparents from when first got married. Originally was plumbed for natural gas obviously. Dad and I changed a few fittings to get it to work better with propane in the 80's when we started using it for deer camp.

Should probably do a pictorial and post it on the Coleman stove thread.

I usually smoke and pull one big pork shoulder or butt, 4 racks of ribs and a brisket for my contribution to hunting camp. Those will feed 6 fellas at least 4x.

I also make an enchilada casserole that’s easy as heck but filling. We just heat them in the Camp Chef 3 burner.

Here's one I make every deer/hunting camp.

Made it tonight.

Sausage, red taters, onions, roasted poblano peppers. Sweet smoky seasoning on the taters. Cook sausage aonions together, remove leave fat juices. Cook taters white side down in fat. Seasoning all over top. Don't flip until crusty brown tender. Add back in sausage onions stir till warm. Peppers heated added separate.

I always take My PK grill. We have Steaks, smoked whole chickens, barbequed pork roasts, ribs. Fried or boiled potatoes, canned beans. Have an old gas grill to do burgers brats or hot dogs on. Also have a gas burner to fry fish. Most of the meat cooking is done outdoors so not much to clean up.

We have a charcoal pit I built at the deer camp. It gets a lot of use!
