I have a limited run Turnbull 45 LC Bisley. I was thinking it would be nice to have an 45ACP cylinder. What would be my best path? The revolver has new springs, and the throat is done.

Can't you just order one from Ruger and if it doesn't lock into battery have Turnbull time it?

If you had a new model Blackhawk 357 Magnum or 9mm cylinder, I'd trade you. I have a new model 45 ACP cylinder. I had planned to do the same thing with my Turnbull Bisley.
I have a project I'd like to do that would require a 357 cylinder to fit and rechamber for one of my revolvers.
Chronographs, bore scopes and pattern boards have broke a lot of hearts.

Used to be you could send your revolver in and Ruger would sell you a second cylinder and fit it for you...is that not an option anymore?

I would be hesitant to send a custom gun back to the OEM for modification. Some of them do not look kindly on any modifications to the original parts (they see it as potential liability) and may put it back to original. If that was clarified before hand, then go for it.
