Any thoughts on undercoating your vehicle? I have a fluid film and krown place nearby and can’t decide if I should go for it, and if so, which one? Never had a vehicle under coated before. Anyone have any insight, experience, thoughts on these two brands, etc.? Thanks.

Fluid Film has a big following, thinking it's good stuff.
But with any treatment, surface prep is first & fore most. Big time. Whether it be old fashioned tar or pitch, to the latest potions, ya got to get rid of the crap on the surface first.
A new vehicle? Spray it till it drips if you plan on keeping it long term.

No help for undercoat.
I do spray fluid film on my seed / fertilizer spreader, bush hog. Etc.
I think fluid film is the same company that made Eureka.
That was / is some tough stuff. Animal fat. Real thick.
Used in void tanks of ships / drilling rigs.
I’ve seen tanks that had salt water in them with hardly any corrosion of applied when new.
Couple days of salt water, then maybe months empty. Repeat.
Seems now Eureka is called Fluid Film Gel B.

Krown, the best product going in my opinion. I have a 2010 Tacoma, it's driven daily and has seen 10 + salt covered NY winters. The frame still looks new. It cost's me 139.00 to have it treated, and I get it done every other year. They do recommend yearly, but we have so many trucks we rotate them. I have used fluid film, I believe it's less expensive and a good product, but doesn't hold up quite as well in our area. Like everything, application is important, since we use the same shop yearly, we make it a point to tip the applicator, and let them know we appreciate the job they do on our trucks. You can also buy aerosol cans of this to apply yourself, and they usually hand us a couple on the way out the door.
