Alright ya geezers- pro nerd here. Let me give you a tip.
Never use the same password across multiple sites.

Get a password manager (1password, LastPass, etc).
It will create random passwords for each different site, then you just use your face or fingerprint to use the app.

I have 100s if not 1000s of passwords, they're all 30-60 characters, totally unpronounceable random characters, and I have to remember or type zero of them.

The apps also sync across all devices.
It's an paid product but well worth the low cost.

If you're having to remember passwords, or sharing passwords, you're doing it wrong.

How does that work on a desktop computer that doesn't have hardware to recognize your face or fingerprint. (serious question, not being a smartass)

Same with RoboForm, which I have used for decades. One master password, and RF does the rest. There are several good password managers, I just happen to like RoboForm.

I will admit that I use one or two simple passwords for several non-financial sites. Who cares if somebody figures out how I log on here, for example? But for sites that could cause me harm or loss, you betcha I have MUCH more secure passwords.
