Alright ya geezers- pro nerd here. Let me give you a tip. Never use the same password across multiple sites.
Get a password manager (1password, LastPass, etc). It will create random passwords for each different site, then you just use your face or fingerprint to use the app.
I have 100s if not 1000s of passwords, they're all 30-60 characters, totally unpronounceable random characters, and I have to remember or type zero of them.
The apps also sync across all devices. It's an paid product but well worth the low cost.
If you're having to remember passwords, or sharing passwords, you're doing it wrong.

How does that work on a desktop computer that doesn't have hardware to recognize your face or fingerprint. (serious question, not being a smartass)

Everything from the ‘Fire, banks, credit cards, utilities through ancestry.com.

I have 210 passwords but I only have to remember where the tip on my finger is to acess the App, (One password) is automatically sync's between all my computers and phones if a change is made and will auto fill information such as credit cards.

Same with RoboForm, which I have used for decades. One master password, and RF does the rest. There are several good password managers, I just happen to like RoboForm.
I will admit that I use one or two simple passwords for several non-financial sites. Who cares if somebody figures out how I log on here, for example? But for sites that could cause me harm or loss, you betcha I have MUCH more secure passwords.

RoboForm. Generates passwords of any complexity you wish, keeps them fully encrypted, syncs them between devices, fills forms with all your repetitive info, stores credit card info, and lots more. Cheap, too. LINKGoogle knows all your account numbers, passwords and many other things.
