Got one like this from an estate auction, one of those one money gets the whole box. $15. Cleaned a few deer with it. Not sure if I could even find it now. Those can be worth some bucks FYI. Always wanted one of those gerbers.

The question is, can you clear your gut and using this bad boy and toss two cracked eggshells in your cap after hacking up a log, beer can and carrot?

Roger, I've been looking at pig sticking knives on Google, after reading this thread.
The TOPS Wild Pig Hunter looks like a helluva sticking knife. Is that similar to what you were using in the pics?

Hey that’s what you get for hanging out with ass holes.
(Myself excluded) You're slipping. Remsen's bedside table with the neatly stacked piles of shiny change (for bedside worship before retiring to sleep every night, obviously) and you don't say a word? For shame. Sorry, Remsen. But then your knife pictured is of a Japanese design, so you kind of owe me... , I totally forgot to crop that part out. I usually keep the pennies in a special place. My old lady just heard me giggling and asked from the bedroom, 'are you watching dwarf porn again?' 'Yes. Sorry honey I'll tone it down...' You're a good sport, dude. Feel free to hit me up next time you're back east. I've got killer connections for knishes, smoked fish, latkes, kugle, all manner of prime deli favs and more. I'm sure Montana is badass and free the way this country is supposed to be, but I bet your gifilte options are somewhat limited, no?

Yep, saw that looking for an image of the older version. The edge was boogers some when I got it. Might knock a little off.

I think the older ones were better but the new ones are pretty good too.

I see you made your choice, Jim. But maybe consider the Buck GCK USA made. Great 'stabby' grind. Very G rippy handle. Their Bos 5160 is very good, takes a great edge. https://www.buckknives.com/product/891-gck-spear-point-knife/0891FAM01/
I've seen more well-shot game lost with TSXs than any other premium bullet.

mine was one of the older ones. I think what happened was Bart screwed up the edges on them, he did send two back that he sharpened for me that I had to grind new edges on because he put too much angle on them. The edges would just roll and fold if you tied to cut anything with them. Anyways I think that's what happened.
