Looks like Biden is good for 'bout a 40% increase......... Its called supply and demand. As demand increases, prices go up. Demand was at an all time low in 2020 because people weren't traveling and they were working from home. A better price comparison would be 2019 or even 2018.

Wonder what happens to all that pipe put in the ground the past 4 years? They gonna rip it out?  I imagine they will. Once the ROW is paid for it doesn't have to be paid again How do you know that? He doesn't. It is completely false. First there's completion times and start times involved in an easement contract. Then there's duration. Usually the duration is for several years and is renewed as used. If the pipeline is abandoned and not used, the easement is void. In fact, the land owner at that point owns the pipe in the ground as well.
