The FDA/CDC cannot legally approve EUA vaccines if there is an effective treatment for something.
So, there won't be any "official" sanctioned treatment regimen since the vaccines would then be illegal and the existence of acknowledged effective treatments would open the CDC and FDA to lawsuits.
All the "good" doctors talk and know what works and what doesn't.
