Spray can of Magic Sizing if I'm ironing. Heavy starch from the dry-cleaners if I'm not.
I can walk on water.......................but I do stagger a bit on alcohol.

Nobody ever tried, "To make the man", US Army guard duty! Spit, an' polish, starched stiff as a board?

I iron those that need it when I need them. Shirts, and the like.
I hate a jacked up collar on my shirts so the iron comes out. Light starch, particularly along the button line.
Had a shipmate that ironed EVERYTHING, to include PT shorts and t-shirts. He was weird.

Either me or my wife will iron and starch my dress and casual shirts. I like the crease in the sleeves and the flat pockets. It’s one of the few things left over from my Army days, lol. Just shined my boots for work last night too. Had that brush a poppin’.
