Title pretty much sums it up.
Looking for a leather holster for a Ruger Single Six with a 4 5/8" barrel.
Right hand.
Posted in classifieds as well.

ShopRuger.com will have some good holsters at reasonable prices. No blowout prices, just solid. I personally like one that's minimalist and no retention strap.

Looking for a really nice, tooled and finely finished holster, or a simple, good quality holster at reasonable price? For the latter, give this a try. https://www.[bleep].com/shop/BigTexasLeatherWorks?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing_id=780279071I have one of their crossdraw holsters for a Single Six. Nothing fancy, but a solid, well-made holster, and very inexpensive. Are you serious? E T S Y is bleeped out? what the hell for?

https://www.midwayusa.com/product/101367196?pid=647081This one is okay, but I prefer the Bianchi 1L, which I like for any Ruger Single Action. I bought my last one from Midway, but they don't seem to be carrying it any more. This one is as close as they get now. The Bianchi has an open bottom, which allows dirt, weed seeds, etc. to drop through, which I like. Nothing wrong with the EPS, but I'd prefer an open bottom.

That's were I got mine for my Single Six, got one for my Wrangler there also. Both well made, good fitting leather holsters for more than fair price.

Can't say I'm enamored by that particular holster, but, after browsing El Paso Saddlery's site, I suspect they will get some of my business. They have some nice stuff: https://epsaddlery.com/You cost me some money. Thank you?

Hard to beat El Paso Saddlery for quality.

This is the one I have from them. Again, it's not fine oak tanned leather, no tooling, no slicked edges, but it's neatly made, heavy enough leather (about 9oz), solid, and does what it needs to do.

Simply Rugged “Cattleman” is the way to go for single actions. IMO of course.

Normally, I do make my own, but sometimes I just need something right now, and don't feel like fooling with it. Until I get around to making one, a store boughten one can sometimes work fine. Made this one for this horrible little Heritage .22.

Got mine today. I should have read description better, mine is black, wanted brown. My fault. Going to order a brown one now.
