I bought a couple of pounds of IMR 4064 last week at my favorite LGS for my 35 Whelen. $36.95/pound. I didn't think that was too bad.

There has been a lot of powder at different on line stores lately at reasonable prices.Just have to do a search.

I'm seeing more and more signs of the "shortage" easing, probably for three reasons:
1) Most manufacturers are cranking out as much product as possible, exactly like they did during past buying panics.
2) The shooters who were caught short have been finding and buying what they need, whether at scalper or semi-normal prices.
3) Those people who bought up a bunch of stuff early on, intending to resell it at higher prices, are finding demand's going down--for reasons 1 and 2.

Hopefully those in #3 are finding it hard to sell.
