Depends on Oklahoma law. I don't know of anywhere where a trespasser can be shot out of hand except a high security gov facility during time of war. It seems like we have a case of two crazies colliding.

I do not know of any jurisdiction where lethal force may be deployed in defense of property.

I do not know of any jurisdiction where lethal force may be deployed in defense of property. Arizona You tell them to GET OFF MY PROPERTY and if they do not You can SHOOT them and call the Police and or Sheriff and tell them to come get the trash off your property because it is starting to stink. I got that from an Arizona Highway patrolman while we talked on the side of the road for about an hour when he pulled me over to find out what I was doing with all of the equipment on my trailer.
