Flu vaccines have to be modified every year to match the latest variation of the flu. Each vaccine only works on a specific variety. They have to guess in advance what will work on this year's version so they can have it ready when needed. Sometimes they guess right, sometimes not. I don't doubt that the covid vaccine will be the same. That......

Still suspicious as hell as to why they are so determined to make us all get it. That's a clue. No kidding. If dumb fugk Joe says I have to get it, I sure as hell ain't gettin it. My question is what about everyone's favorite legitimate President, Mr Trump. The vaccines were developed under his administration and in the speech he gave the other day he bragged that he made the "biggest bet ever" and it saved "millions of lives". Pisses him off that Slow Joe is trying to take credit for it. So if the purpose of the vaccine is to kill us, make us stupid, etc......he was either duped or is in on it and wants us all dead as well??

My wife, and I, and a few million people have no ill effects. A few billion have had COVID with no ill effects.

Good point. There's no reliable test for it. Message on the screen told me. Could say screw the test results and just go with the obvious. Fever and aches for 24 hours, little stuffy nose for a couple of days, felt tired, not to bad for me. Wife didn't have a fever but was much more run down than I was for several days, lost sense of taste and smell, more of a cough and snotty. 2 kids were same as her except one had fever. My Dad had it rough with a fever for 13 or 14 days straight. Mom had few symptoms. All of us tested positive......or at least the screen told us positive a couple of days later. That means you had COVID. Not COVID-19. So you should probably still get the shot if it's something you're worried about.

Most likely to stop the virus from spreading which severely diminished the health care work force due to the need to attend to Covid patients and health care providers catching it themselves, thus reducing the health care providers even more. There are only so many doctors and nurses to go around.
