Could duct have a low place, be full of water? Take duct loose at unit, see if air is blowing. Does non-blowing duct have a damper at unit that could be closed? Good luck!

Sounds like lack of proper air flow, collapsed or blocked duct maybe---

Hanco is better at this stuff than me... but by my logic tree, if you have cold air it is not an AC problem.
unless you have two evaporators (surburbans and limos have this for rear AC) you have a ducting issue.

HVAC guy was here yesterday and added a pound of refrigerant. Pulled crossover ducting and found water in it. Coming today to replace the crossover ducting. My confusion was it is blowing on the opposite side of the house from where the ac and blower unit are out all floor vents. The side of the house where the blower is located has no air coming from vents. Hopefully he will have it fixed this afternoon. Thanks for the replies. Kelly
