I knew what response I would get beforehand but wanted to confirm it. I already have a NULA in 260 Remington so those of you that have both how do they compare? There are some differences in the stock. Metal vs plastic follower. I think the Barrett would be worth the money for sure. It sure is hard to beat a NULA though. I have 3 Fieldcrafts, one nula, and a colt with Melvin right now. For what Barrett’s are selling for now, around 2k plus, I’d probably rather have a nula or a colt conversion. I think it’s best to have both myself…

Caved and bought the rifle, can’t wait to shoot it. Thanks for all the encouragement.

Threw together a few loads with hornady 140gr SST’s over RL 17 and two of the three loads I tried all holes touching. No disappointment here!

Looks like you are pretty happy with your buy and it's performance. Super. How do you like the blind magazine? I have a Remington that's built that way. It bugs me very time I have to unload it. Especially when moving around when doing drives. That's the only thing keeping me holding back. Otherwise it would be just perfect.

Blind magazine doesn’t bother me a bit. I have 2 kimber montanas and 3 Remington 700 ks mountain rifles that all have blind mags.

Well done on the paint. Looks sharp. Threw together a few loads with hornady 140gr SST’s over RL 17 and two of the three loads I tried all holes touching. No disappointment here! Especially when moving around when doing drives. That's the only thing keeping me holding back. Otherwise it would be just perfect. Think I’m to the point I prefer them now. I mostly hunted with a Kimber Montana last year and it never bothered me.
