Likely true. A friend ordered a patient to have a test. Insurance company denied. He called the company finally got to the person denying it and it was some young gal, probably a HS grad, and he got her name and told her she was practicing medicine without a license-- which is true-- and she had better reverse her decision. Something about calling the county attorney and filing charges might have been in the discussion. She was crying when it was over. He did have a way about him.
