Lock downs won't return due to the number of people who have been fully vaccinated. Mask mandates on the other hand may return in some areas but that will be decided by local health departments. And you're not making any of your own decisions, eh?

As of yesterday less than 1/2 of the US population has chosen to get vaccinated despite propaganda and free, easy access. I am hopeful that resistance to another lockdown, faux masking requirement will be resisted or ignored. If regular folks don't resist we are screwed.
The blm/antifa dingbats got their way by taking to the streets, think of what 1/2 the population could accomplish w/out burning out innocent people. I think the depunded cops and the "unwoke" military would enjoy watching it happen.
