I’ve been looking for a recording of the awards ceremony, can’t find any, I’m assuming this means they didn’t take a knee or raise a fist.

I can honestly say this is the 1st Olympics since 72 and I was 9 yrs old that holds 0 interest for me. I dont even know the name of 1 U.S. athlete, nor who the fugg ever pro,s are on the Basketball team.
Actually like womens track and field events and gymnastics in the past.
Like winter Olympics better. No so groid centric........
Like winter Biathlon events. Dudes x country skiing long distance and laying down rifle fire. Ski jumping men and women. Bob sled and luge. Curling of all things also. Women's figure skating. Downhill sking.

Not an awards ceremony but there was some kneeling going on.

NBC sees 'worst case scenario' as Olympics ratings plunge amid 'woke' protests Experts have pointed to woke, anti-U.S. protests from American athletes as part of the lack of interest By Michael Ruiz | Fox News Aug 7, 2021
Not all athletes have protested the flag. The woke women’s soccer team had to settle for bronze last week, but the U.S. men’s basketball team took gold and star Kevin Durant derided media critics by telling one to "act like you’re American."
And U.S. wrestler Tamyra Mensah-Stock wrapped herself in the flag and declared "I love representing the U.S., I freaking love living here," after becoming the first female Black American wrestler to win Olympic gold.
But images of other athletes protesting the flag and the anthem haven’t helped bring back alienated viewers.
