My wife and I have been following this family on You Tube for a few years now. Guy and his wife raising 5 daughters living off grid in Northern British Columbia. Lots of hunting fishing camping and building stuff. This is one of their older films. Their oldest daughter is married now.

I liked the one filmed in Central America where they learned to make chocolate from scratch.... guy living alone in the woods with 6 women is going to need bulk hi quality chocolate more than firewood..... or maybe even toilet paper
