Very sorry to hear this, Heym.

I lost a similar one of long years to cancer just yesterday.

There’s a song by Ray Price, Roger Miller and others named “Old Friends “. Hearing it nowadays takes on a deeper meaning.

My condolences. I just lost a long-time friend also. Seems like it's happening with increasing regularity these days. Lesson for all of us: enjoy friends and family while we can.
