Just personal. We had some grand plans at one time, but we scaled things down. Our season here is awfully short. I think the sugar content is down this year with the lack of moisture, but I have to get some other tasters opinions.

Very cool. There’s an old guy in town that does it. He produces enough to sell to a few of us locals but he mainly does it because he enjoys it.

Don't know how many pieces but my thumbs are very sore. Thinking 800 or so.

Removed crimp, uninformed pockets and cut to length. Just have to debur and load now.

Sounds about exactly like what we have going on. When you get full capped frames of light colored honey, it's easy to smile.

Beautiful. Tell me, since i now consider you an expert, what do you think about an old man telling me once that the dark honey was, i dont exactly remember, either the best tasting or more nutritious.

What say you? What flowers makes that beautiful honey?

Yours are outstanding Sal. Only a complete moron thinks otherwise.

Dayom. I should have been a butcher.

Great pics as usual Sal, but before i took that little gal in the mountains with her horse, id put a girth strap on that saddle. Ive seen some wrecks with those if the horse went steep downhill and the rider slipped forward in the seat.

Maybe the saddle should have been cinched down tighter though.

Sal's pics are nothing short of fantastic, as are most everything thus far on this thread.

I am hoping for a sheep to add to the foray come the end of next week. We will see.

Toe caught wolverine. He was a big male too and the cheap Duke trap actually held him as he tore the place up for a few days. You can see all the chewed off limbs in the background.

Girth strap...as in a back cinch? I've been known to put a britchen on my riding saddle in rough country, though these days I usually lead them down anything steep. It is just better for them, and the rider.

A friend's Delta bison.
