Does anyone know how in the h-ll to get the liftgate open on a '99 Cherokee when the exterior handle does not work. I can't get to anything from the inside , I even cut some of the interior panel away with a razer knife. Dynamite?? TNT?? C4?

I would try a bodyshop, My brother in law owns one and he is pretty good at that sort of thing. A locksmith is also an option
Most people don't really want the truth.
They just want constant reassurance that what they believe is the truth.

I took it to a neighbor who works in a bodyshop , he got it fixed up. Should have done that first , there is a reason I'm not a mechanic.
