My Dad's left one grew to the size of a zucchini, but I can't recall if it was cancerous or not. If I can remember back some 65 years, his Doc drained it or something, but I don't think it was removed. Then that’s a hydrocele Not a cancer Never heard of that. Interesting. I’ve spoken extensively about my large nuts, and one is in fact a hydro. Hangs out on my dove stool. lol Peek a boo, baby bird fell outta the nest 😂 My dad complains about his getting wet when he takes a dump. And he can still get up pretty dang fast when he sits on them.

Any way I can get the middle one to grow to the size of a zucchini???
Not sure what I'd do with it though.
Take it out and admire it occasionally, I suppose.

I had never heard of a Hydrocele. Mayo Clinic says
Risk factors for developing a hydrocele later in life include:
Injury or inflammation to the scrotum
Infection, including a sexually transmitted infection (STI)
When I played paintball there was a guy that got his testicle shattered with a point blank paintball at 295 ft/sec. Ouch!!!

Take it out and admire it occasionally, I suppose. My best friend got fluid on his left nut.....swelled up bigger than a baseball, before it was drained. Crazy bastard would go the bar, and tell people about his huge nut. "Buy me a beer, and I'll show it to you". After the doctor visit, he had to go back to buying his own beer! Andy3
