Great singer but Don Williams wasn't originally a country music artist. He actually started out performing in the '60s with an American folk music group called the Pozo - Seco Singers.

Best live show I've ever seen was Don Williams at the Houston rodeo.Came out,sat on a stool and played some of the best music anyone has ever heard.I believe he got at least two encores and left to a standing ovation from a packed crowd. He will never be replaced.
