On a former job, our booth at Cowboy Christmas in Vegas was close to the Lucchese booth. We use to drool over what they had there. The boots were nice too……😃

I have to admit I haven't bought any in quite a while; I have quite a few pairs and they will all outlast me.

If you all are around denver, Corral Western wear in Aurora has a thousand in all sizes and widths. Used to be Lancasters. The family had B feet so carried them in addition to the usual D, EE you find.

Don't need fancy boots when you got fancy pants!

Can someone fire up “ My new Tony Lamas”. By Daryl Dodd’s ???

It would be appropriate for this thread. I don’t know how to do that on my old phone.

If you haven’t heard it, I think you will like it. Great dance song too.

That's more diverse than I figured Aurora for. Cool.

The thing I've found with cowboy boots is that each brand has its own "fit" - some fit narrower, some fit wider, some tighter, etc..
The only brand that I can rely on to fit my feet with no fuss is Ariat.

I would say today I would buy Lucchese for a dress up boot, but since I don't dress up any more I could save that money.

For an everyday boot/work/play boot I would lean to, and will most likely buy soon, a Tecovas Bandera with the Vibram sole.

I like Justin "George Straits".

Mostly because they are waterproof.

You can't buy those anymore, sea turtle since the seventies, anteater the eighties, endangered species act.. got over a grand for each pair.

Dont buy any boot until you can try them on.

I used to buy Montana brand boots out Mexico...far superior to most everything here in the states...

A lot of people like Luchesse but I can't vouch as have never owned.

A really good boot comes from Double HH and they are USA made.

Another vote for Olathe.

And if price don't matter get a pair of M. L. Leddy
