Got almost 600K out of it 20 years. Damn good deer spot, too hilly/sandy to grow any crops. But who had 20K or more to put down in the 80s? Besides him LOL

I could probably troll kings for the rest of my life and not get bored - and I intend to test this hypothesis - but give me 400 acres in Tennessee over halibut any day.
