A few years ago a niece was dating a guy going through internship at the local hospital. He told us he was thinking about abandoning medicine and go into something else because "it's no longer about curing someone, but about prolonging whatever they have to bring in more money and spreading it out to as many affiliated clinics and Drs as possible". Ol Doc on Gunsmoke cured everything from consumption to snake bites to bullet holes......

Several months back my daughter told me that at the huge health facility where she works they were all given and expected to follow formal government authorized instruction on how to "sell" patients on getting the covid vaccinations.
Can you get a copy of those instructions?’
