Those old ones are sweeet. You bet. I've got one of the older USA made models too, from the 1970s. Same sheath. Yup late 70's on this one. My nephew and another good hunting buddy loves those. If I run across one, I usually buy it for them.

These are both called the 'Companion'. The Morakniv, and the Becker BK2. I like them both.

I have one of those Morakniv's.
Carbon blade...thick as hell.
Maybe the utility model?

I think it's the "heavy duty" companion.

I know the one.
I've been meaning to add a Mora heavy duty companion. The carbon steel looks like it would sharpen up real nice.

Yeah, I have something similar that is handy for small stuff. Great knife there JSTUART. Many, who aren't knife guys, may not recognize your knife. This was one of Bo Randall's favorite designs. It's a Model 21 Little Game and a grand knife it is. Congrats.

MoraKniv's are great for price. I have used a Mora Robust for skinning deer and hogs, edge lasts despite being quite easy to maintain in the field.
I used an Ontario RAT1 D2 to skin a Kudu in Namibia, held edge very well and worked better than the knife the PH had. I left the RAT1 it for him. I have a RAT2 for EDC
Haven't stabbed/cut any 2 leg creatures, though the Mora would be preferred to the folders, as there is no guard on the latter.

I just got one of those a couple of months ago. It's a lot of knife for the $$$.

I have two of those. One is a Schrade USA Sharpfinger exactly like that. The other is a Rigid USA that is the same design but with stainless blade, black handle scales and black sheath.
