I have a kawasaki brute force 650. I bought it new in 2008. Never had a problem of any kind. Sunday A friend and I were prepping some food plots, and I was pulling an old busted harrow. My thermostat fan ran the whole until it quit. It wouldn't come back on either. So I ok, we'll see what's up. Well after looking on various brute force forums, and a trip to the kawasaki dealer I was totally lost. I thought I would have to tear everything off of the front end to get to the fan and whatever sensors were under there. I read that the relay for everything was under the seat, The relayI needed to find was right there. There was a little green button sticking out of it. So back to the forums. Turns out it was the relay reset. I pushed it in, and it fixed it. Nice to know.

Dang, never heard of a relay that could be reset, you sure that isn't a breaker of some sort?
That's ok, I'll ass shoot a dink.

To be honest, I can't say. The kawasaki dealer and the post on a brute force forum said it was a relay.

Yes, there are resettable relays. I couldn't tell you where all you'd find them, though.
