If these people have ever been deployed, they have been given a slew of shots that they had no real idea of what they were or what was in them and now all of a sudden they are refusing a shot. Somehow I get the feeling if they had refused any of the other shots they wouldn't have been deployed either.

They were probably the test subjects for that vaccine.
