An N95 has an exhale diaphram, which allows the carbon dioxide out when you exhale. Cloth masks and "paper" masks don't, which is why they keep carbon dioxide in the body.

She is fighting back..... and you? She is all pumped up and proud. "By God, I told them!" When she was done, they knew she was mad, And full of BS. Our views have been also made known. Both a meetings and I'm personally associated with board members. And our district is not doing anything more than required to keep the state at bay. Unfortunately they haven't yet chosen to join the legal action others have started. There is increasing pressure to change that.
