This is the first time I really noticed this room. Was putting them together soley for entertainment <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> How about a Traditional Muzzleloading and Long Range Hunting combination.

We're actually pretty civilized here. ATV people don't say much about horses and us horse/mule people don't say much about ATV's. They all have thier place, but just don't mix well in the same local. This site doesn't get much attention, but there are too many important things to talk about versus arguing with each other.

Well thats great, these two groups are very much opposed to each other locally. Maybe it's a regional thing.

Not entirely true Vince mulehead can not resist taking shots at anyone that dares to own and ride an atv. everyone else is fine about it. tom

Tom, Whnen do you want to come down and go riding. I still can't get on the Air Force Academy ( unles you have a military ID), but there are some other places close. I'm wearing my butt off, keeping the old mule rode, maintaining the training on my 3 yr old, and I have started the 2 yr old.
ther ia 15 mile loop around MT Herman just west of Monument at we ride. Ther ar a couple of tough spots on it, but it would give you an appreciation of how tough it might be on a hunt

Its true, pumpgun. I am soured bad on ATVs and the nincompoops like the kid on the dirt bike that buzzed the hitchin' posts at 40 mph at the trailhead Saturday. Part of my thinkin' is, those that ride those machines will think twice when they come in contact with others and will jus' notice what they do to a place. Based on my experiences, 90% of the off-roaders couldn't care less what they ruin or who they endanger. Now maybe I'm just in a bad place with a lot of poor stock, but it don't do no good to pretend it don't bother me.

as I have pointed out in the past I have had problems with people on horseback or muleback, but I don't tar them all with the same brush as you do people with atv's. tom
