I have two Rem 700's in 243. In one I use 75gn Sierra HP's and Varget and in the other I use 100gn Hornady Interlocks and H4350.

46gr RL-15 under 55gr ballistic tips has ran an accurate 4100 fps in two different 26 inch barreled 243 Winchester varmint rifles, WW or RP brass and CCI-250 or Rem 9-1/2 mag primers, COL 2.675" for both rifles, it flat slaps the chit out of coyotes and crows.
BTW, decades old, tried and true deer load is 43gr H-4831 under 100gr partitions for 3019 fps, COL 2.675 inch.

Sierra game king 85g bthp over varget is one of my favorites or rl17 With 45.0 grains of W760, it's the best 243 load I've ever tried as far as all around performance goes.

I use a variety of loads in my 243.for game I use 100gr hornadys with 47 gr of H1000 , for varmints and such I have use 4350, Imr8208xbr, leverevolution, and about any other medium to slowish powder made. The most accurate in my gun is a plinking load with 55-70gr bullets and 12.5 grs of unique. I say all that to say there is a lot of possible combos that will get the job done.
