I believe an employer has the right to set the standards for their company. Including hiring practices. But not changing policy midstream without owning the side-effects of the shot. And most certainly not at the behest of the government. If I owned a business, I should have the right to sell it not sell to anyone I please at my own discretion. I should also be able to hire who I want. Again, at my discretion with whatever metrics I deem appropriate. If that includes vaccination status, then it should also include race, sex, religion, and national origin. Anyone that is requiting this, but didn’t already require a yearly flu vaccination, well they are a hypocrite and a weeping infecting result of a back to front wipe. Like the op.

Not versed enough in this, but it seems to me trying to get OSHA to do the dirty work, is an end around the constitution.

Post up proof of a “mandate”. From what I’ve researched, Joe had a press conference but there is NO actual mandate. No Executive order. No law passed.
There is absolutely nothing in place to penalize employees. Just smoke and mirrors.

He appears to be using employers to do his dirty work, and that's why it's time to pushback against those employers and walk off the job and shut them down. Just like his eviction moratorium mandate..... The day it went to SCOTUS he was telling the supporters of it that “it’s probably not constitutional “.... He knew it wasn’t but for 8/9 months he got his way a bought more votes. But like I said, if you give up your rights off a press conference or a biden “mandate” then shame on you.
Decades of voting for the lesser of two evils has gotten us just that.....

2 things:
1. those that compare a choice for a vaccine for a sickness with 99.8% survival rate and the choice or an abortion which has 99.9% death rate is nowhere near the same........cracks me up when I hear/see this.
2. if you don't like it, leave. their company, their rules. why is this so hard for people? with all of the open jobs right now, shouldn't be hard to find one........

They state you cant legally be coerced according to Nuremberg law. Could that be the real plan to destroy the US? Every big business and hospital and Govt institution gets sued out of trillions by the folks?
